Account Executive
₱25,000 – ₱35,000 / month
You're the person our clients talk to. You take what they ask for, turn it into a brief our designers and developers can build from, keep the project moving, and make sure nothing gets dropped.
₱25,000 to ₱35,000, depending on what you bring. Fresh graduates start at the lower end and move up as you take on more accounts. You'll carry four to six accounts and report to our founder and our project manager — the two people who run the company, which means your questions get answered the same day you ask them.
Our clients are banks, insurers, hospitals, resorts, and listed companies. Real deadlines, real scrutiny. You won't be handed six accounts in week one, and a senior sits with you until you're steady.
The honest version: it's a small team, so there's nobody to hide behind and no busywork to fill an empty afternoon. Some weeks are quiet. Some weeks a launch runs long. You're in the office four days a week because that's how we teach this job — watching a brief turn into a build. The fifth day is yours to work from home. The office is in Salcedo Village, so you're a walk from most of Makati's food.
If you want a job where you're one of forty account people, this isn't it.
What you'll do
- Be the day-to-day contact for four to six client accounts — emails, calls, and meetings
- Turn client requests into clear, complete briefs, then walk the designers and developers through them
- Brief the team in our internal project meetings and answer their questions about what the client wants
- Join internal brainstorms and bring ideas — you know the client better than anyone in the room
- Chase timelines so deliverables land when we said they would
- Prepare quotes, reports, and presentation decks (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Sit in on client presentations and take notes people can actually use
- Spot problems early and flag them before they become fires
What we're looking for
- You write clearly and hold your own on a call with a senior client
- Comfortable speaking up in a room of designers and developers, not just taking notes
- Strong English, written and spoken — most client communication is in English
- Confident with Microsoft Office — Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Organized and reliable — you follow up without being reminded
- A degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field — or the skills to match
- Able to work from our Salcedo Village, Makati office four days a week
- Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience are both welcome
- Uses time management tools
Nice to have
- Experience with client-facing work — school organizations and part-time jobs count
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva, or with project trackers
- A creative streak — you enjoy internal ideas sessions, not just checklists
- Interest in web design and technology
