Megaworld / Case study / Corporate website

A property developer website built for buyers, investors and future employees

Megaworld is one of the Philippines' best-known property developers, with more than three decades of building integrated urban townships where people live, work and play. Its portfolio spans townships in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, along with residences, premier offices, hotels and resorts, and lifestyle malls. In 2025 Megaworld needed a corporate website that could hold all of that and still be easy to use. Designblue designed and built it.

The problem

Megaworld's website has three audiences, and each arrives wanting something different.

Property buyers and tenants want to explore townships, homes, offices, hotels and malls. Investors want share information, reports, disclosures and evidence of good governance, and they want to find it fast. Job seekers want to see open roles and get a feel for what it's like to work there.

The site had to give each group its own way in without crowding out the other two. The portfolio adds a second layer. Townships span Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, and every business line has its own brands and properties.

What we did

We planned the site around the three audiences before we planned a single page. Each group got its own path, and the homepage's main job became sending people down the right one.

The homepage opens with a short brand introduction that visitors can skip, then leads straight into Megaworld's townships. Further down, dedicated sections invite investors and job seekers in by name, so neither group has to search the menu to find where they belong.

For the property side, we organized the menu around how Megaworld runs its business. Inside each area, content is grouped the way a visitor would look for it: townships by location, residences by pre-selling or ready for occupancy, hotels by brand.

What we built

A homepage that sorts visitors quickly

A skippable brand introduction, featured properties, the latest news and dedicated entry points for investors and careers. Each audience gets its own section on the homepage, so nobody has to rely on the menu alone.

An investor relations section built for finding documents

Investor information is grouped into clear sections, including an investor overview, company disclosure and corporate governance. Annual and quarterly reports, stockholder meeting notices and the company's governance policies each sit in their own section.

A careers section with a human side

Job openings and internships sit next to employee stories and the benefits Megaworld offers its people. A job seeker can get to know the company before deciding to apply.

A portfolio that's easy to explore

Townships are organized by location. Residences, premier offices, hotels and resorts, and lifestyle malls each have their own section. Buyers and homeowners also get payment channel and customer service pages.

A look that pairs classic and modern

Two typefaces share the work. Archivo handles menus and body text, while Spectral brings a serif's classic feel to the larger homepage headlines. Warm cream backgrounds, charcoal text and touches of blue and gold carry the same calm, premium tone through every section.

A CMS the team manages

Megaworld's team updates content across the site through a CMS, without calling us for routine changes. When there's news to share or a page to update, it goes live when the team is ready.

The outcome

Megaworld now has one corporate website that serves its buyers, investors and future employees. Each audience has a door from the homepage. The documents a listed company has to publish are organized by type. And the team can make updates without waiting on a developer.

As Megaworld adds townships, properties and reports, new content already has a place to go.

Building a website for more than one audience?

If your website has to speak to customers, investors and future hires at the same time, we'd like to hear who visits and what each of them needs. We'll show you how we'd give every one of them a clear way in.
